Southbound I-275 exit ramp to southbound Lois Avenue is now closed permanently
TAMPA -- The portion of the southbound I-275 Exit 40B ramp that allows traffic to go south on Lois Avenue has been closed permanently (Tuesday, February 5).
For now, the ramp movement to northbound Lois Avenue will remain open. The future interchange configuration will have southbound I-275 traffic exit to Cypress Street, just east of Lois Avenue.
DETOUR DURING CONSTRUCTION: Exit to Westshore Boulevard (Exit 40A, next interchange), turn right and go north to Cypress Street, then turn right and go east to Lois Avenue.
